Composition of the Board

On 24 September 2010 the Company announced that John de Havilland would be retiring from the Board after the Annual General Meeting held on 23 November 2010. The Board is in the process of appointing another Director and has asked Mr de Havilland to remain as Chairman until the new appointment has been made to ensure ongoing compliance with the Company's Articles of Association.
