Following the retirement of Mr John de Havilland on 13 April 2011, the Board of Directors of the Company are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Ashe Windham as Chairman of the Company effective 29 April 2011.  Mr Windham has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 24 February 2009.

In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no additional details to be disclosed in relation to Mr Windham.
