The attached report supersedes the Interim Management Statement released on 2 April 2014 at 11:30 with RNS number 8547D. The total return for the NAV figures in the initial report did not include the interim dividend payable on 28 March 2014. The total return for the NAV over the period was -2.3% rather than -3.1%, the total return for the NAV over the year to 31 March 2014 was -2.1% rather than -3.3% and the total return for the NAV since inception was 143.6% rather than 141.6% as stated in the initial report.
