AMENDMENT TO ANNOUNCEMENT OF 19 FEBRUARY 2010

 

Issue of Equity and Voting Rights

The Company announces the allotment on 19 February 2010 of 1,200,000 Redeemable Participating Preference Shares of £0.01 each ("Shares").

Following this tap issue the company has the ability to issue 3,562,969 Shares under its block listing facility.

There are now 94,479,703 Shares in issue.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 94,479,703

The above figure (94,479,703) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
