Notice is hereby given that the Eighteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Venue, Fermain Valley Hotel, Fermain Lane, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1ZZ, Channel Islands on 2 December 2022 at 12 noon.
The Notice of AGM, together with the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2022, will shortly be posted to shareholders and is also available via the Investment Manager's website at www.ruffer.co.uk/2022-10-agm-notice
The Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Annual Financial Report have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at:
