Notice is hereby given that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company is to be held at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL, Channel Islands on 28 April 2011 at 10.00am.

The Company has distributed a Summary (the "Summary") to Shareholders setting out details of proposals relating to the amendments and update to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.

 A copy of the Summary has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
