 Extension of New Short Term Loan Facility

Further to the RNS dated 1 August 2016, the Directors of Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR), the owner, operator and developer of power generation capacity internationally, are pleased to announce that the Company has been granted an eight month extension to the term of the Bridge Properties (Arena Central) Limited ("BPAC") loan facility of £400,000 to 30 June 2017.
