Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR), the electricity utility company focused on the ownership and operation of power generation plants in Latin America, announces today that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday 10 August 2015, at 11.00 a.m., at the offices of W.H. Ireland Group PLC at 24 Martin Lane, London EC4R 0DR. A number of resolutions will be put to shareholders.
