Temporary Suspension of trading

The Directors of Rurelec expect to publish the Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 December 2015 (the "Accounts") during the week commencing Monday 11 July 2016. In accordance with the AIM Rules, the Directors have requested a temporary suspension of trading in the Company's shares pending notification of the Accounts.
