                              Exercise of Options


RWS announces that it has issued and allotted a total of 100,000 new ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company ('New Shares') pursuant to the exercise of part
of an option by an employee at 23 pence per share. Application has been made to
the London Stock Exchange for the New Shares to be admitted to AIM '(Admission
').  It is expected that Admission will occur on 13 January 2006.
