Exercise of Options


RWS announces that it has issued and allotted a total of 160,000 new ordinary
shares of 5p each ('New Shares') pursuant to the exercise of options at 112.54p
per share by Peter Mountford who is a Non-Executive Director of RWS Holdings
plc.  Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Shares
to be admitted to AIM ('Admission').  It is expected that Admission of the New
Shares will occur on 7th July 2006.
