                                 AGM Statement

RWS Holdings plc, Europe's leading provider of intellectual property support
services (patent translations and technical searches) and technical
translations, is today holding its Annual General Meeting.

Andrew Brode, Executive Chairman, will make the following remarks at the AGM:

'2006 was another year of strong and resilient organic growth in what was our
third year as a public company. I am pleased to report that trading in the
current financial year continues in line with our expectations. A full update on
our first half performance will be provided following our half-year end (31
March 2007).'
