Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of RWS announces that it received notification on 3rd March 2011, that, as part of his personal tax planning, Mr. Andrew Brode, Executive Chairman of the Group, sold a total of 3,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Group at a price of 361p per ordinary share, on 3rd March 2011.  On the same day, Mrs. Diane Brode (wife of Mr. Brode) purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 5p in the Group at a price of 361p per ordinary share.

Following the above mentioned transactions, the Brode family interests in the ordinary shares in the Group remain at 18,590,812 shares, representing 43.93% of the issued share capital.
