Further to the announcement of 20 February 2007, Ryanair confirms that of the
5,010,074 unallotted ordinary shares of 0.635 euro cents, for which application
to listing was made, 1,900,782 shares relate to the Ryanair Holdings plc share
option plan 1998 while the remainder of 3,109,292 shares relate to the Ryanair
Holdings plc share option plan 2000.
