Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has granted share options in respect of a number of ordinary shares in S & U PLC as set out in column (2) of the table below to the directors and PDMRs set out in column (1) in that table under the Company's Discretionary Share Option Plan ('DSOP').  

The option awards were all made on 26th May 2009.  

The earliest date the awards will vest is on 26th May 2012.  The vesting of the awards is subject to remaining in employment with the Company for three years.
