Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has granted share options in respect of 8,125 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in S&U to certain Company Directors under the Company's 2008 Discretionary Share Option Plan ("DSOP"). 

The option awards were all made on 24 May 2012. The earliest date the awards will vest is on 24 May 2015 all at an exercise price of 12.5p each. The vesting of awards is subject to each person remaining in employment with the Company for three years from the date of award and meeting challenging performance targets over this period.
