Result of General Meeting

The Board of S&U is pleased to announce that, at the General Meeting convened earlier today to approve the disposal of Loansathome4u and authorise the Directors to take all such steps to implement the disposal, the Resolution was duly passed. Completion of the disposal is expected to take place on 4 August 2015.
