Change of name and board changes

Further to the announcements on 11 September 2018 and 27 September 2018, the Company has completed the acquisition of S⁴ Capital Limited ("S⁴ Limited") and today 255,494,678 consolidated ordinary shares of £0.25 each (the "Ordinary Shares") have been re-admitted to the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market at 8.00 a.m. under the ticker "SFOR" ("Admission"). The ISIN of the Ordinary Shares is GB00BFZZM640.

Upon Admission:

·     the resolution of shareholders to change the Company's name to "S4 Capital plc" became effective;

·     the appointment of Sir Martin Sorrell, Paul Roy and Rupert Faure Walker to the Company's board became effective;

·     the resignation of Harry Hyman, Rodger Sargent and James Serjeant became effective; and

·     11,709,601 Ordinary Shares were issued to the S⁴ Capital Employee Benefit Trust.

Since the publication of a prospectus by the Company on 11 September 2018, the MediaMonks Group has continued to trade in line with management expectations.
