Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")

On 16 July 2020, S⁴ Capital (SFOR.L) announced that on 21 July 2020 (at 8.00 a.m. BST) 36,766,642 ordinary shares of £0.25 each would be admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities under the ticker "SFOR" (" Admission ").
