The Company received notification on 21 September 2022 that Rupert Faure Walker had bought 4,643 ordinary shares of 0.25 each at an average price of £1.4369 each (for an aggregate price of £6,671.53).

Following this purchase, Rupert Faure Walker is interested in 813,093 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.144% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
