The Company confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2011 and the Notice calling the Annual General Meeting of the Company have been sent to shareholders. Copies of the 2011 Annual Report and Accounts are available on the Company's website at http://www.sabien-tech.co.uk/.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company has been called for 11am on 23 November 2011 and will be held at the Reform Club, 104 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5EW. At the meeting, a special resolution will be proposed to cancel the Company's share premium account. A copy of the notice calling the Annual General Meeting has been sent to shareholders and is available on the Company's website.
