Board Changes
The Board of Sabien Technology Group plc (AIM: SNT), the manufacturer and supplier of M2G, an energy efficiency technology, announces that it has appointed, with immediate effect Cédriane de Boucaud Truell and Marco Nijhof as Non-Executive Directors. As previously announced on 2 September 2019, the Company had entered into a relationship and lock-in agreement ("Relationship Agreement") with the Truell Intergenerational Family Limited Partnership Incorporated (TIG), pursuant to which TIG currently has the right to appoint two directors to the Board. Cédriane de Boucaud Truell and Marco Nijhof have been nominated by TIG.

Cédriane Marie de Boucaud Truell (née de Boucaud), aged 50, is a founder and senior partner of Disruptive Capital. She holds an MA in Economics and a BA in Economics & Political Science, both from Cornell University (USA) and worked subsequently until 1999 as a restructuring and turnaround specialist with PriceWaterhouse in New York and Moscow. Cédriane then worked with a portfolio of early-stage tech companies with a venture capital firm, before raising a technology fund and spinning it out to what became Disruptive Capital Finance in 2009.

Cédriane de Boucaud Truell holds no ordinary shares in the Company.
Cédriane de Boucaud Truell was a former director of Morgan Everett Limited until February 2012. Morgan Everett, an investee company of the Sustainable Technology Fund, entered into administration in July 2009, and subsequently a creditors voluntary liquidation in February 2012, with an overall deficit to creditors of approximately £1.5 million.
There is no further information on Cédriane de Boucaud Truell required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Marco Peter Nijhof, aged 59, has been a senior executive within the international five-star luxury retail, hotel and hospitality industry, including Jumeirah Hotels in Dubai, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Marriott and The Bicester Village Shopping Collection.
