Further to the announcement made on July 18 2007, the Company has received
written assurance from General Capital Venture Finance Limited ('GCVF'), a
company of which Sabien non executive director Jonathan Hill is also a director,
that GCVF will not make any further share sales during the remainder of the
'lock in' period to December 15 2007, and that any sales thereafter will be
notified in accordance with the requirements of the Company's dealing code, the
Companies Act and the AIM Rules.
