Sabien Technology Group plc (AIM: SNT) announces that it has made a grant of share options to Mrs Miriam Maes, a director of the company. The number of options granted is 91,743 at an exercise price of 54.5p exercisable after 3 years from the date of grant (30 October 2012). The closing price of Sabien Technology Group Plc shares on 29 October 2012 was 34.5p.

As a result of this grant, the total number of shares and options held by Miriam Maes is as follows:
