Notice of Results and Trading Update

Sabien Technology Group plc (AIM: SNT), the manufacturer and supplier of M2G, an energy efficiency technology, announces that it will be publishing its interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2010 during the week commencing 7 February 2011.

For the period ended 31 December 2010, Sabien will announce record sales and order intake and will be profitable at a post tax level. The Company continues to see a strong order intake and the order book for the year to date now stands at approximately £1.4 million with an excellent pipeline of prospects for the next 12 months.

During 2010 Sabien made significant progress in converting interest for its energy efficiency products and services into concrete orders for the Company's M2G technology. There is now a growing momentum in the energy efficiency market for products such as M2G from potential commercial customers who have investigated the alternatives and set out their energy efficiency strategy and who are now starting to take action to reduce their energy costs and carbon emissions.

The Board of Sabien firmly believes that the Company in a strong position going forward as customers focus on the benefits from M2G's low unit cost, level of carbon and cost savings and rapid payback. The Board looks forward to publishing the Company's interim results in February and the prospects for the Company for the following year.
