Additional Directorship Notification

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Patrick Snowball has been appointed as the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of IntegraFin Holdings plc with effect from 2 March 2018 upon its admission to the London Stock Exchange.  He will also be joining the Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Nomination (which he will chair) Committees of IntegraFin Holdings plc.
