Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company")

Cancellation of share premium account

As contemplated in the Company's IPO prospectus dated 23 November 2017 and pursuant to a shareholder resolution passed on 21 November 2017, the Company is pleased to announce that it has completed a reduction of capital, whereby £205,120,550.67 standing to the credit of the Company's share premium account was cancelled and an equivalent amount has been credited to the Company's distributable reserves (the "Cancellation"). The Cancellation was confirmed by an order of the High Court of Justice of England and Wales and became effective on 26 June 2018.
