Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 7 April 2020 that Trevor Webb, Claims Director, and his spouse, Mrs K Webb, together transferred a total of 1,545,372 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company from their Numis share dealing accounts to share dealing accounts held at Julius Baer. Mr and Mrs Webb remain the beneficial owners of the shares.
