Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 4 November 2021 that Ian Clark, Non-executive Director purchased 37,245 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at an average price of 186.64 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Mr Clark confirms that he holds 303,006 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.12 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
