Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 6 June 2022 that Alison Morris, Non-executive Director purchased 9,282 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at an average price of 209.00 pence per Ordinary Share on 1 June 2022.

Following the transaction, Ms Morris confirms that she holds 9,282 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.004 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
