ENVESTA Plc - APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHAIRMAN AND FINANCE DIRECTOR. 
              VoyagerIT.com plc ACQUIRES 12% SHAREHOLDING.
              COMPANY ACQUIRES BALANCE OF PROPERTYTRADE plc
       
Envesta Plc announces that Mr Stephen Dean, aged 50 and Mr Peter James Holmes,
aged 34, have been appointed to the Board of the company as Non-Executive
Chairman and Finance Director respectively on the retirements as directors of
the company of Mr Larry Lipman, Mr Paul Davies and Mr Stephen Lipman 

Concurrent with the management changes at Envesta Plc, Safeland plc, of which
Mr Larry Lipman is Chairman and Mr Paul Davies is Finance Director, has sold
2,950,000 shares in Envesta Plc plc, representing 12 per cent of the issued
share capital of the company, to Voyager IT.com plc at 10p per share.

Following this transaction, VoyagerIT.com plc and other members of its concert
party will own 29.91 per cent of the issued share capital of Envesta Plc.

Envesta Plc also announces that it has acquired from Safeland plc that
company's 27 per cent shareholding in Propertytrade plc, representing the
outstanding balance of the equity, for a nominal cash sum. Propertytrade plc
is the provider of a comprehensive commercial property database.
