              Result of extraordinary general meeting

At the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held today, all
the  resolutions, including, inter alia, the proposed  dividend  in
specie  of  8 Bizspace shares for 23 Safeland shares and the  share
option arrangements, were duly passed.

Dealings  in  the  entire  issued share  capital  of  Bizspace  are
expected to commence on AIM on 3rd July, 2000
