The  Board of Safeland plc ('Safeland') has noted the recent
movement in the company's share price over the past few days
and  accompanying  press  comment  regarding  a  forthcoming
announcement.   The  company  confirms   it   is   currently
considering a demerger and anticipates announcing  its  year
end results shortly.
