ANNUAL INFORMATION UPDATE

Safestore Holdings plc (the 'Company') is pleased to provide an annual information update in accordance with the requirements of Prospectus Rule 5.2. The following information has been published or made available to the public during the period 20 February 2008 to 19 February 2009.
