The Sage Group plc. (Sage) announces that Roisin Donnelly will succeed Annette Court as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 May 2024. Roisin Donnelly has been a member of the Remuneration Committee since March 2023.
Annette Court will remain in her role as Senior Independent Director, and as member of the Remuneration Committee, Audit and Risk Committee and the Nomination Committee.
Sage also announces that Jonathan Bewes will be appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee with effect from 1 May 2024. Jonathan Bewes will remain in his role as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
