The Company has been informed that Karen Geary, Director of Human Resources and Corporate Communications and a member of the Executive Committee of the Company, has today exercised an option over 5,081 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at an exercise price of 184p per share under the terms of The Sage Group Savings-Related Share Option Plan.
