On 11 June 2010 Klaus-Michael Vogelberg, who is a member of the executive committee of The Sage Group plc, was granted an option over 8,131 ordinary shares in The Sage Group plc under The Sage Group Savings-Related Share Option Plan. The option price payable on the exercise of the award is 190 pence per share.
