The Company has been informed that on 6 February 2009 Ogier Employee Benefit Trustee Limited sold 3,860 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 176.70 pence per share on behalf of Paul Harrison, the Finance Director of the Company.

The Company has also been informed that on 6 February 2009, Guy Berruyer, a director of the Company, sold 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 176.10 pence per share.
