Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 19 December 2011 the Company was notified that Pascal Houillon, CEO, North America and a member of the Executive Committee of the Company, had exercised an option over 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 228.50p per share under the terms of The Sage Group 1999 Executive Share Option Scheme.

Mr Houillon subsequently sold 100,000 ordinary shares on 19 December 2011 at 281.60p per share.
