Notification of directors' interests in shares

On 9 December 2013 the persons named below, who are persons discharging managerial duties but not executive directors of The Sage Group plc, were granted conditional awards over ordinary shares in The Sage Group plc under the Sage Group Restricted Share Plan. The maximum number of ordinary shares that may be acquired on the vesting of the award is specified opposite the participant's name. No price is payable either on the grant or vesting of an award. The awards will normally vest, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions and continued employment, on 9 December 2015.
