The Company has been notified that the following ordinary shares of 1^4/77 each in the Company have been automatically acquired on behalf of the following persons, who are Directors and/or members of the Executive Committee of The Sage Group plc. The ordinary shares were acquired automatically under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan and are held in the Company's Employee Share Account.
