Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.

On the vesting of The Sage Group Restricted Share Plan ("RSP") awards on 13 December 2021, Aaron Harris, member of the Executive Committee of Sage, became beneficially entitled to 44,180 ordinary shares of 1^4/77 pence each in Sage, all of which have been transferred from shares held in Treasury. The RSP awards were granted on 13 September 2018.

On 14 December 2021, Sage was notified that Aaron Harris disposed 10,780 ordinary shares of 1^4/77 pence each in Sage in respect of which he had become beneficially entitled, at a price of 827.5079p per ordinary share, to cover tax obligations arising from the vesting.

The resultant total shareholding after this transaction for Aaron Harris is 330,363 ordinary shares of 1^4/77 pence each in Sage.
