This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with Article 19(3) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.

Sage was notified that on 30 January 2024, Sangeeta Anand, Non-executive Director of Sage, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 1^4/77 pence each in Sage at a price of £12.08 per share. The ordinary shares were acquired via American Depository Receipts issued by Morgan Stanley ("ADRs"). The purchases were made in US dollars with the price per ordinary share given in this announcement in GBP as converted at the exchange rate at close, on the date of purchase.

The resultant shareholding after the transaction for Sangeeta Anand is 1,000 ordinary shares of 1^4/77 pence each in Sage.
