DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

The Company was informed today that Lindsay Bury, a non-executive director of
the Company, sold 100,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, at a price
of 183.5p per share on 10 July 2003.

Additionally, the Millichope Foundation, of which Mr Bury is a trustee, sold
100,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, at a price of 183.5p per
share on 10 July 2003.
