Director Change

The Sage Group plc ("Sage") announces today that Paul Harrison, currently Group CFO, will leave to become CFO of WANdisco plc ("WANdisco"), based in California. Paul will leave the company on 30 August 2013. The Board has started the search to identify his successor.

Guy Berruyer said, "Paul has been with Sage for 16 years and has played a very significant part in its growth and success.  He has been a core member of the management team and he will be leaving with all of our best wishes as he takes up this exciting opportunity. We are very pleased that he will be remaining with the Group whilst the search for his successor is undertaken."

Paul Harrison said, "I have enjoyed 16 satisfying and successful years with Sage.  Since Guy became CEO, I have worked closely with him as he has set a clear strategic path for Sage's future. I have every confidence that he and my colleagues will deliver on those plans and opportunities.  For me personally, it is the right time to seek a new challenge and I am very excited to be joining WANdisco."
