Sage announces completion of the sale of North American non-core products

The Sage Group plc announces it has completed the sale of Sage ACT! and Sage Saleslogix to Swiftpage and Sage Nonprofit Solutions to Accel-KKR.

This follows the announcement of the agreement of terms with Swiftpage and Accel-KKR on 15 February 2013.
