Limited (a subsidiary of Aviva plc) have, following sales totalling 2,103,572
shares on 25 August 2005, a notififiable interest in 49,581,095 Ordinary shares
of 50p each in the Company.

The total percentage interest of Aviva plc and Morley Fund Management Limited
represents 3.86% of the issued share capital of the Company.
