Non-executive Director Appointment
The Sage Group plc ("Sage") is pleased to announce the appointment of Roisin Donnelly to its Board as a Non-executive Director with effect from 3 February 2023.
Roisin brings extensive customer, marketing and branding experience to the Board, gained during her long executive career at Procter & Gamble. She has a strong background in digital transformation and data, and significant knowledge and experience of developing ESG strategies at board level. Roisin also brings practical board and committee experience to the role, having previously served as a non-executive director of Just Eat plc (between 2016 and 2020) and of two privately owned business: Holland and Barrett Limited and Bourne Leisure Limited. Roisin is currently a non-executive director of NatWest Group plc, HomeServe plc and Premier Foods plc.
