Notice of AGM

Saietta Group plc (AIM: SED), the AIM-listed multi-national business which designs, engineers and manufactures complete electric drivetrain (eDrive) systems for electric vehicles, announces that the Company's 2023 annual general meeting is to be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday 26^th September at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT.

A copy of the notice convening the annual general meeting, which will be sent to shareholders today, is available at the Company's website at www.saietta.com.

The Company expects to publish its 2023 annual report and accounts for the 12 months ended 31 March 2023 later this month and will convene a separate meeting at that time to receive the report and accounts and to approve the reappointment of the Company's auditors.
