Mary Harris was informed by her financial advisor on 14 March 2012, of the full details of her dividend reinvestment and the details of the shares purchased.

The nominee participates in the Company's dividend reinvestment plan, where the cash dividend is reinvested into shares. The nominee would then allocate those shares to the beneficial owners of the stock within that nominee. No share purchases were made in a close period.
